Why I Built HeadCast

I always heard my voice as negative — inner critic stuff. When I couldn’t sleep, I started making recordings of my own voice and mixing them with music using audio software. It helped, but it was clunky and tedious.

So I developed HeadCast for myself — a simple way to record affirmations, mix in background music, and loop them anytime. It felt like hypnotizing myself in my own positive voice.

If I’m having a great day, I record an affirmation to play when I can’t get out of bed. HeadCast became a lifeline — a private, personal tool that helped me shift my mindset.
